How to Apply

Admission to the department is highly competitive and depends on the number and caliber of candidates applying in a particular year. Generally, applicants must hold passes in:

• Five (5) core subjects at the senior secondary school level including English, Mathematics and Science
• Passes in three (3) elective subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

OR

• Five subjects at the GCE O'Level including English and Mathematics
• Passes at the GCE A'Level in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

There are, however, a limited number of places for applicants who do not make the required grade but can pay for the full cost of tuition. Ghanaian students do not pay for the cost of tuition.
